At the meeting of representatives of Parish Social Justice Groups held at Corpus Christi, St Ives, there was agreement to join the Australian Coalition of Publish<\/a> What You Pay<\/a>. (See Mission Statement<\/a>) .<\/p>\n

The membership principles state:<\/p>\n

a)\u00a0 Advocate for the mandatory disclosure of payments made by extractive industry companies, both multinational and state owned enterprises, to all national governments on a disaggregated and country-by-country basis.<\/p>\n

And will wherever possible endeavour to:
\n b)\u00a0 Positively and constructively engage with other coalition members, companies, governments and other relevant actors at national and regional levels;<\/p>\n

c)\u00a0 Provide regular updates on activities, strategies and plans related to the campaign;<\/p>\n

d)\u00a0 Proactively speak out to the media and public on the issue of revenue transparency, promote Publish What You Pay, and widely disseminate relevant and important information on the campaign.<\/p>\n

Organisations also agree to be listed on the PWYP website and other campaign materials.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"\n\t\t\t\t
