| Bishop Vincent Long van Nguyen recently delivered the 2011 Rerum Novarum address on the topic ASYLUM SEEKERS – IS THERE A JUST SOLUTION. Archdiocese of Melbourne if fortunate to have had this former asylum seeker and refugee appointed in May 2011, as one of our four Auxiliary Bishops.
The Oration was responded to by former Prime Minister Malcolm Fraser.
